Présentation du cycle de formation​

Formation adaptée aux besoins, intérêts et disponibilités de l’apprenant. Elle vous permet de développer ou de perfectionner vos connaissances au travers d’exercices et de cas concrets réalisés. 16 heures en cours particuliers visioconférence + 4 heures préconisés sur plateforme. Accès illimité pendant 1 an.

Objectifs de la formation

  • Ouvrir un tableur et en décrire les principes fondamentaux
  • Structurer et produire des tableaux simples et complexes
  • Utiliser des formules de calculs mathématiques de base, statistiques de base
  • Utiliser des formules de calculs complexes permettant le tri, la recherche et le traitement des données
  • Utiliser des fonctions matricielles
  • Lier des fichiers entre eux de manière dynamique
  • Analyser et illustrer des données sous forme de graphiques
  • Créer et paramétrer un tableau croisé dynamique
  • Paramétrer l'impression d'une feuille de calcul
  • Déplacer et retrouver vos feuilles de calcul au sein d'un environnement local et en ligne
  • Exporter et convertir une feuille de calcul
  • Collaborer à plusieurs sur un tableur en ligne
  • Créer une macro simple et l'utiliser via un bouton

  • Explorer l’interface et les différents menus
  • Masquer / démasquer les différents menus
  • Utiliser les ressources d’aide disponibles
  • Etude des différents raccourcis clavier
  • Comprendre la notion d’information unique au sein d’une cellule
  • Utiliser l’enregistrement automatique et incrémentiel dans le drive
  • Travailler à plusieurs sur un même document
  • Restaurer et créer une copie d’une version antérieure grâce à l’historique des versions
  • Découvrir le travail en mode hors connexion via le drive
  • Naviguer entre plusieurs classeurs
  • Créer un fichier Sheets dans le drive, vierge ou à partir d’un modèle
  • Enregistrer un fichier Google Sheets et le renommer
  • Ouvrir un fichier Sheets récemment fermé
  • Exporter une feuille de calcul dans un format téléchargeable et l’envoyer par mail
