Présentation du cycle de formation​

Ce programme forme les participants à acquérir les compétences nécessaires pour créer des présentations impactantes, professionnelles et interactives à l’aide des fonctionnalités de base et avancées de Microsoft PowerPoint. 24h de visioconférence en individuel + 6h en e-learning

Objectifs de la formation

  • Créer, enregistrer et ouvrir des présentations de base.
  • Appliquer des mises en forme visuellement attrayantes.
  • Créer et éditer des graphiques et des tableaux.
  • Intégrer des médias tels que des images et des vidéos.
  • Personnaliser l'apparence générale des présentations.
  • Automatiser des tâches répétitives

  • Gestion des diapositives et des sections.
  • Mise en forme du texte et des objets graphiques.
  • Utilisation des thèmes et des arrière-plans.
  • Animation d’objets et de transitions entre les diapositives.
  • Création et modification de graphiques et de tableaux.
  • Importation et édition d’images.
  • Intégration de vidéos et de fichiers audio.
  • Ajout de liens vers des pages web et d’autres diapositives.
  • Utilisation de boutons d’action pour créer des interactions.
  • Création de diaporamas interactifs.
  • Partage de présentations via OneDrive.
  • Gestion des autorisations et des versions.
  • Utilisation des commentaires pour la rétroaction.
